Hosted securely on AWS
Pycell runs on trusted, industry-leading cloud infrastructure.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored inside your securely isolated workspace.
Your data stays yours
Pycell uses Claude via AWS Bedrock for certain AI-powered features.
Because Bedrock is built for enterprise-grade privacy and control:
- Your data is not used to train Claude
- AWS does not retain prompts or outputs for model training
- All processing stays inside AWS's secure environment
- Data never leaves your region's compliance boundary
In practical terms:
Your data is sent securely to Claude through AWS Bedrock.
It never goes to Anthropic directly, and it is never fed into any public or shared model.
Your data is never:
- Used to train Pycell models
- Used to train AWS/Anthropic models
- Shared with third parties without consent
- Combined with other customers' data
We process it only to run the workflows you trigger.
Privacy by design
We minimise what we store, process files securely, and limit retention to what the platform needs to function.
You can export your data at any time, and request deletion if you leave the service.
Platform monitoring
We monitor the platform for uptime, errors, and unusual behaviour to keep things running smoothly and detect issues early.
Data deletion
If you close your account, we permanently delete your data after a short retention period unless legally required to retain it longer.
Temporary files created during processing are regularly cleared.

Security and reliability are ongoing priorities.
As Pycell grows, we will continue expanding our security programme, infrastructure controls, and platform protections, including MFA, granular access controls, and formal certifications in the future.
